In Peru, we serve most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—contributing to the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** Plan, coordinate, and optimize predictive and preventive monitoring activities for critical equipment in mining operations and concentrator plants, ensuring asset operational availability, reliability, and continuity through analysis of operating conditions and data. * Develop and update predictive monitoring and maintenance plans for mining and concentrator plant equipment. * Manage equipment technical history and generate reports on recurring failures and deviations. * Propose corrective and preventive interventions based on condition analysis. * Ensure integration among planning, maintenance, and operations teams. * Implement continuous improvements in monitoring processes using performance indicators (KPIs). * Participate in asset performance review meetings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or monitoring of mining or industrial equipment. * Knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, and other predictive techniques. * Proficiency in maintenance planning software (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle). * Ability to analyze data and produce technical reports. * Certification in condition monitoring or equipment reliability is desirable. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
