Recruitment: Chemical Engineer – Production and Laboratory At DAIRA S.A.C., a company dedicated to the processing and commercialization of salt for human and industrial consumption, we are seeking a committed, proactive, and continuous-improvement-oriented professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and control production processes. * Conduct and verify physical\-chemical analyses in the laboratory. * Perform quality control of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Prepare records, reports, and technical documents. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards. * Coordinate process improvement initiatives. * Support activities related to quality and production management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production and/or laboratory (experience in food or manufacturing industries will be valued). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork capability. * Availability to work in La Victoria – Chiclayo.
