Job Summary: Breakdown Operator for a graphic company, responsible for product breakdown, packaging, folding, and material handling, ensuring quality and production order compliance. With over 25 years of industry experience and fully automated processes. Currently seeking: Breakdown Operator with prior experience. Requirements: \- Availability to work in Cercado de Lima (23rd block of Av. Venezuela) (Mandatory) \- Availability to work overtime (Mandatory) \- Availability to work: Mon-Fri: 7:45 am - 5:30 pm, Sat: 7:45 am - 12:00 pm (Mandatory) \- Completed secondary education \- Willingness to learn and work in a team Responsibilities: \- Perform breakdown of all products sent to quality control. \- Package and label banded materials according to Production Order instructions. \- Carry out folding of all products. \- Transport materials from the plant (press) to the quality control area. \- If materials are defect-free or defects fall within tolerance limits, count and band them as instructed by the coordinator. \- If materials contain defects, report the defect type and quantity potentially missing to complete the Production Order to the coordinator. \- Package and label banded materials according to Production Order instructions. \- Place materials onto pallets. \- Package materials. \- Dispatch materials. \- Identify material processing statuses: · Approved Material: Identification of conforming products. · On-Hold Material (Not to be used): Identification of products under review. · Rejected Material (Not to be used): Identification of non-conforming products.
