JOB MISSION** Provide excellent customer service—from delivering test information prior to sample collection through to delivering results. **IV. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** Professional culinary training (institute, gastronomy school, or verifiable studies) Experience in private households, restaurants, or catering Proficiency in: Creole cuisine International cuisine Healthy cuisine Cold and hot appetizers Excellent hygiene, organization, and presentation skills Ability to plan menus and adapt to employer requirements Willingness to pursue ongoing training (cooking courses paid for by the employer) **V.
