Position Summary: This role is responsible for keeping projects aligned with their objectives through concurrent management of cost, schedule, scope, and quality, as well as preparing estimates and reports. Development of schedules and cost monitoring **Objective:** Keep the project aligned with its objectives; all project dimensions must be managed concurrently, integrating cost, schedule, scope, and quality to achieve recurrent control over engineering and design projects. **General Function:** Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and reports for supervision projects; prepare bids for tenders or determine product or service pricing. **Specific Functions:** * Participate in project planning and development. * Review scope according to the assigned service order or contract. * Participate in KOM. * Conduct client visits. * Perform CAPEX and OPEX (cost estimation) at pre-feasibility level in coordination with the project leader. * Monitor and report monthly HH costs per deliverable. * Prepare cost estimates for services, including scope changes within projects and for bidding purposes. * Organize LAST PLANNER meetings. * Internally monitor weekly reports. * Develop schedules for engineering and design projects. * Comply with and enforce policies, programs, procedures, or other requirements established by the Integrated Management System for Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, and Anti-Bribery. * Participate in Hazard/Environmental Aspect Identification, Risk/Environmental Impact Assessment, and Control Determination. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Required Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree holder Required Academic Specialization: Industrial engineer, civil engineer, economist, or related field. CIP: Desirable Driver's License: Desirable Specific Area Experience (desirable): 1–2 years in budget preparation and cost estimation Minimum Work Experience: 5 years. Language Proficiency Level: Intermediate English desirable Computer Systems Knowledge – Software/Hardware: Intermediate MS Office, Intermediate MS Project, Power BI. Specialized Knowledge, Courses, and/or Certifications: Project management knowledge, performance indicators and cost analysis, PMBOK.
