**Objective:** Keep the project aligned with its objectives; all project dimensions must be managed concurrently, integrating cost, schedule, scope, and quality to ensure ongoing control of the engineering and design project. **General Function:** Prepare estimated cost calculations, schedules, and supervision project reports; submit bids for tenders or determine the price of a product or service. **Specific Functions:** * Participate in project planning and development. * Review scope according to the service order or assigned contract. * Participate in the KOM. * Conduct client visits. * Perform CAPEX and OPEX (cost estimates) at the pre\-feasibility level in coordination with the project leader. * Monitor and report monthly HH costs per deliverable. * Prepare cost estimates for services related to scope changes within projects, as well as for bids. * Organize LAST PLANNER meetings. * Internally monitor weekly reports. * Develop engineering and design project schedules. * Comply with and enforce policies, programs, procedures, or other requirements established by the Integrated Management System for Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, and Anti\-Bribery. * Participate in Hazard/Environmental Aspect Identification, Risk/Environmental Impact Assessment, and Control Determination. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree holder Required Academic Specialization: Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Economist, or related field. CIP: Desirable Driver’s License: Desirable Specific Area Experience (desirable): 1 to 2 years in budget preparation and cost estimation Minimum Work Experience: 5 years.
