We are currently looking for a **Procurement Management Supervisor** to join our team. **Location:** Lima **Work Mode:** On-site Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s procurement process for goods and services. * Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. * Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations. * Issue purchase orders and track them until proper receipt of goods or services. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and evaluations. * Coordinate with various departments to promptly fulfill their procurement requirements. * Monitor compliance with the company’s procurement budgets and policies. * Prepare procurement-related management reports and performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in supply processes. * Support other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing procurement or supply chain functions. * Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and supply management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * ERP systems or procurement software experience is desirable. * Knowledge of cost analysis, budgetary control, and performance indicator management. * Competencies: negotiation skills, organizational ability, planning capability, results orientation, effective communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
