




Job Description: **Requirements\-Profile** Graduate or degree holder in university and/or technical programs related to food industry, agro-industry, food science, or related fields. Experience in sampling and laboratory analysis (microbiological and physicochemical). Knowledge of the Codex Alimentarius and the Food Sanitation Regulation. Application of HACCP plans and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), meticulous control of product quality. Basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of spray-drying and/or freeze-drying processes (preferred). Preferably residing in the following districts: Years of experience: minimum of 6 months to 1 year in quality. **Immediate Availability** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Verify products during the production process to ensure compliance with established parameters so that the product meets customer requirements. 2\. Analyze quality control data collected at the plant to propose improvements for non-conforming products. 3\. Determine which products are accepted or rejected based on their characteristics for customer delivery or reprocessing. 4\. Execute area procedures and instructions, and where applicable, record data in corresponding forms to ensure proper tracking. 5\. Support adherence to quality standards throughout all process phases. 6\. Update and control manuals, instructions, procedures, and all documentation related to product safety and quality. 7\. Supervise and maintain detailed records of forms established in the HACCP Plan, as well as those related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Hygiene and Sanitation Program (HSP). 8\. Support controls for receipt, storage, and dispatch of products in the warehouse. 9\. Be responsible for implementing pest control programs.
