Job Summary: Supervises and manages security services, personnel, security systems, and reporting, ensuring prevention and compliance with protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Security systems management and report preparation We are a Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under supervision; communication with clients at all levels. * Verification of security system compliance across all assigned units; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or positions unavailable for various reasons. * Development of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service. * Preparation of reports and/or incident reports. * Preparation of vehicle status reports for assigned mobility. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical degree from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver's license: Class A1 (car) and/or BIIC (motorcycle). * Intermediate Office proficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely and biweekly salary payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career development paths.
