Job Summary: We are seeking a Rigger for lifting operations in mining projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and correct application of rigging techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and proactivity in mining environments We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and currently recruiting **RIGGERS** to join our team at **MINERA CHINALCO PERU**, located in Junín at 4,500 m.s.n.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform lifting operations on site, respecting equipment capacities and established safety regulations. * Identify and assess risks in the work area, applying established procedures and standards. * Know and apply cargo rigging techniques using slings, shackles, and hooks, considering load capacities, specifications, and characteristics. * Wear personal protective equipment (helmet, goggles, vest, gloves, safety footwear, and other items required by daily job demands as defined in procedures) at all times. * Properly secure the work area and remove unauthorized personnel from operational zones. * Safeguard and protect company assets assigned for effective job performance (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, rigging gear, vehicles, etc.). * Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Technical personnel qualified for lifting activities. * Documented competence from courses and/or certifications obtained at previous employers. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of 3 years’ certified experience in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, installation, lifting, maintenance shutdowns, or similar sectors. **AVAILABILITY:** * Available to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule or other special or alternative work arrangements, as required by operational needs. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of lifting maneuver signals based on ASME-B30.5 standard. * Extensive knowledge of lifting maneuvers. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Effective communication skills. * Proactive approach to work and a positive attitude aligned with continuous improvement. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 75% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
