




Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Engineer to work at an open-pit gold mine, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Accommodation, meals, and PPE provided at the camp ***Safety Engineer*** for the Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an altitude of over 4,800 msnm. Current work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off, with a gross salary of **S/2,500\.00**, **NON-NEGOTIABLE**. * Minimum 3 years of experience in open-pit mining operations. * Valid driver's license. * Education in mining and occupational safety. * **Licensed and certified.** This vacancy is for direct payroll employment with the mine's owner/operator company — NOT a third-party contract. You will receive all statutory benefits applicable to private-sector employees (CTS, AFP/ONP, bonuses, family allowance for your children, etc.). Salary payments are made during the first days of the month following the worked month. For example: October salary is paid in early November; November salary is paid in early December, and so on. We operate an open-pit gold mine located 4 hours from the city of Huancayo, at an altitude of 4,900\+ msnm. Here, we provide accommodation, meals, and work-related PPE at the mine camp. The internet connection available at the site is not very strong and does not support video calls or WhatsApp calls, nor any other internet- or mobile-based applications. Some workers have jointly arranged for private internet access, but this is a personal decision and at their own expense.
