**Job Description**
* Execute and supervise drilling programs (prioritization, platform and chamber location, supervision of drill rod direction and inclination)
* Execute and supervise core shack-related activities, including geological and geotechnical logging, sampling, sample shipment to laboratory, and data updates across various projects
* Execute and ensure compliance with core shack warehouse control activities.
* Execute and ensure field activities are carried out, such as:
* Geological mapping of surface and underground mine areas.
* Geochemical sampling and field verification of anomalies (e.g., geochemical, geophysical) and structural interpretation.
+ Rock/soil/sediment sampling during any field geology activity
(in accordance with Nexa technical standards)
+ Generate analytical requisition forms and dispatch rock/sediment/soil samples to the laboratory
* Review monthly diamond drilling programs based on budget.
* Supervise daily reports, justify production grade results, track exploration progress, and manage mineral quality indicators.
* Supervise and control advancement, production, exploration, and development work as outlined in the annual program.
* Operation of 4x4 pickup truck
* Evaluate new exploration projects within the allocated budget.
* Control budgets, expenses, and projects.
* Manage company resources
**Requirements**
* Degree in Geological Engineering.
* Licensed and registered with the professional association
* Proven experience in geological logging of porphyry and skarn deposits.
* Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Leapfrog and IOGAS.
* Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield explorations.
* Knowledge of underground mining operations (underground mine mapping)
* Proficiency in KPIs related to logging progress, sampling, etc.
* Ability to manage and interact effectively with various departments.
* Class A-1 driver's license — 4x4 pickup truck operation (minimum 3 years of validity)
* Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
