Job Summary:
A professionally qualified Mining Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Occupational Safety Engineer, or Chemical Engineer with experience in operational supervision in mining and solid knowledge of mining legislation and occupational safety.
Key Highlights:

3. Training in Training the Trainer and/or Coaching.
**Requirements:**
* Professionally qualified and registered engineer in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. A Master's degree in Occupational Safety is desirable.
* Training in Training the Trainer and/or Coaching.
* A Master's degree in Occupational Safety is desirable.
* Studies in andragogical learning, NLP, Training the Trainer and/or coaching, with knowledge and application of andragogical methodologies and agility in learning.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety and/or Operational Supervisor in mining within operational areas (Mine, Maintenance, or Concentrator Plant).
* Knowledge of Peruvian mining legislation (Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, Supreme Decree No. 023-2017-EM, Supreme Decree No. 040-2014-EM). Solid understanding of legislation regulating mining operations in Peru.
* Certifications/diplomas:
* Occupational Safety
* Incident Investigation
* Risk Management
* Audits
* Peruvian and international occupational safety standards.
* Current trainings in: Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, Mining Safety Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 024/Supreme Decree No. 023).
* Certification in NLP or Coaching. Valid SCTR and mining ID card.
* Availability to work in Ancash.
* Work schedule: 8x6.
