Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Wall Control Engineer to lead and optimize operational stability in mining operations, managing wall control and blasting services.
Key Highlights:
1. Leadership in wall control service management at benches.
2. Optimization of drilling and blasting processes.
3. Approval and monitoring of geotechnical supervision plans.
Profile Requirements
To take on this important challenge, you must meet the following essential requirements:
**Academic Qualification:** A licensed and registered professional (with valid registration) in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
**Specialization:** Master’s degree or diploma in Geotechnics.
**General Experience:** Minimum 10 years of verified, exclusive experience in mining operations.
**Exclusive Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in mine operations, drilling and blasting (Drill \& Blast), and geotechnics.
Proficiency in geotechnical software and JKSimblast.
Experience with instrumentation using Instantel seismographs and their associated application software.
**Driver's License:** MTC Category A\-IIa license (mandatory), plus experience/authorization to operate underground in mines.
Availability to work on a 10x10 schedule
️ Functions and Responsibilities
As a Senior Wall Control Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring operational stability and process optimization. Your main responsibilities will be:
**Service Management:** Lead and comprehensively manage the wall control service at assigned benches.
**Blasting Optimization:** Develop and present high-value technical proposals for continuous optimization of drilling and blasting processes, while safeguarding slope stability.
**Reporting:** Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing the status, key performance indicators, and action plans for the area.
**Planning and Supervision:** Approve and strictly monitor the Geotechnical Supervision Plan.
**Quality Control and Compliance:** Ensure strict compliance with current regulations, standards, and technical specifications, as well as verification of corresponding quality tests.
