**Main Requirements:**
* Engineering professional (Industrial, Environmental, Occupational Safety, or related field).
* Proven experience in **mining operations** and fieldwork.
* Solid understanding of Peruvian occupational safety and health regulations (Law No. 29783 and complementary regulations).
* **Currently pursuing a Master's degree** in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental Management.
* Proficiency in safety plans, IPERC matrices, risk management, and internal audits.
* Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on short-term projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement and supervise SSOMA policies within the project.
* Identify hazards and assess risks associated with maintenance and operational activities in the mine.
* Train personnel on safety procedures and emergency response.
* Prepare compliance reports and track SSOMA indicators.
* Ensure adherence to legal and corporate standards in the field.
