The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations across all operations, with a particular focus on high-risk work. **Responsibilities** * Supervise field work, ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Manage and update customer qualification processes. * Maintain up-to-date Occupational Safety and Health records. * Implement the annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan and Program. * Establish the Safety Brigade and Site Committee. * Monitor compliance with area performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare weekly reports and participate in follow-up meetings. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction/Hydrocarbons sector, performing PDR or SSOMA Supervisor duties. * Proven experience in field supervision of high-risk work. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (120 hours). * Knowledge of IPERC, PETAR, and ATS. * Familiarity with ISO, OHSAS standards, and integrated management systems. * Certification in High-Risk Work Supervision. * Basic English. * Willingness to travel. * Immediate availability.
