Job Summary: We are seeking a sales assistant to promote daily product sales, drive promotions, and advise customers on women's fashion and home decor, while maintaining store organization and supporting social media activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote daily sales of in-stock products 2. Advise customers on women's fashion products 3. Support on social media (live streams and videos) WE ARE INNOVABAGS, A RETAIL AND WHOLESALE BAG BRAND FOR WOMEN, CURRENTLY SEEKING YOUNG WOMEN AGED 18 TO 40 FOR SALES POSITIONS. We seek sales assistants with prior sales experience, full-time availability from 10 AM to 9 PM at our stores located in Cercado de Lima, Peru \- in Barrio Chino. REQUIREMENTS: \- Full-time availability Monday through Sunday with rotating days off. \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 4 months of sales experience. \- Availability for up to 6 months. \- Responsible, honest, loyal, and punctual individual. \- Courteous attitude toward customers.
