Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate and control heavy cargo vehicle operations, evaluate drivers, and manage maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transport operations coordination and control 2. Driver performance management and attendance support 3. Maintenance coordination and document control The company, engaged in heavy cargo transportation, is looking for a Field Supervisor. I). Main Responsibilities: . Carry out and supervise field compliance of vehicles according to client requirements. . Monitor vehicles via the company's GPS platform. . Evaluate driver performance and monitor attendance. . Conduct vehicle inspections. . Provide on-site induction for upcoming operations. . Coordinate reconnaissance of new routes. . Supply and monitor fuel consumption. . Coordinate with mechanics for corrective and preventive maintenance of vehicles. . Maintain document control for vehicles, trips, and drivers. II). Requirements and Conditions: . Technical diploma in technical fields. . Experience: 2 years of work experience in freight transportation operations. . Requirement: A1 Driver's License. . Employment Type: Full-time. . MYPE labor regime. . On-site work at Ignacio Escudero, Sullana. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office. . Preferred: Knowledge of heavy cargo vehicles. Salary: S/.2,600.00 - S/.2,700.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
