They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on schedule, according to specifications, and within budget. Their common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and scheduling construction phases; supervising subcontractors and subordinate staff or laborers; verifying progress and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters. **Candidate Requirements** At ACCIONA, for our INDUSTRIAL business, we require hiring the position: SURVEYOR for a Transmission Line and Substation project located in Cajabamba, Cajamarca. **Responsibilities:** * Measuring terrain by capturing distances, angles, and elevations, identifying key points within the area. This information enables the generation of accurate site plans and terrain representations for project development. * Transferring plan-based information to the field, marking axes, levels, and specific locations. This ensures construction execution complies with the established design. * Verifying and controlling ground and structural element elevations, ensuring adherence to project-defined elevation benchmarks. This is essential to guarantee correct construction execution. * Operating surveying instruments such as total stations, leveling instruments, and GPS/GNSS equipment, ensuring proper usage, calibration, and maintenance to obtain precise measurements. * Collecting and recording measurement data, either manually or digitally. Additionally, responsible for downloading and backing up data for subsequent processing. * Supervising that fieldwork aligns with plans and technical specifications, identifying potential deviations and contributing to timely error correction. * Coordinating with engineers, architects, and technical staff, providing necessary surveying information for decision-making, progress reporting, and valuation preparation. * Locating planned structures within electrical substations and laying out foundation axes for switchyard equipment, portal frames, and any concrete works specified in the project. * Controlling elevation levels using a benchmark (BM) as a reference point and performing a forward-and-back leveling run to verify the altimetric closure error. **Availability:** * On-site employment or under atypical arrangements in Cajabamba, Cajamarca **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical studies in Surveying or related fields. Proven experience in the role may be considered equivalent to formal academic qualifications. **Years of Required Experience:** * Five years of experience in similar projects. **Additional Knowledge:** * Experience in electrical substations * Experience in high-voltage power lines, topographic layout, stub leveling, and conductor alignment ACCIONA has received the Top Employer Certification 2024 and 2025\.
