We are proud to be the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport, as well as for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **WHAT WE REQUIRE:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; or a certified technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or Computing. * More than 4 years of experience in backend development with C\# and .NET Framework * Minimum 2 years leading technical teams. * Intermediate proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira) and MS Office. * Proficiency in SQL Server: complex queries, indexes, transactions, execution plans * Solid experience with Stored Procedures and functions in T\-SQL * Development and implementation of Windows Services * Experience with RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET * Methodologies: Scrum / Agile * Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, or similar) * Knowledge of Angular for frontend coordination * Experience integrating external messaging APIs (SMS and WhatsApp) * Familiarity with Google Maps, Here Maps, Mapbox, and AWS geolocation services for handling location data. * Leadership experience in projects implementing geolocation and GPS services in mobile and web applications. * Leadership experience in applications leveraging location data for route tracing, geofencing, and real-time tracking. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other teams (design, product, QA, etc.) and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. * Ability to quickly and efficiently solve complex problems by providing technical solutions that prevent future issues. * Capability to perform root cause analysis and resolve difficult technical problems. * Ability to work in agile environments and rapidly switch between different tasks or projects. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, flat, and approachable culture where every individual can propose and lead projects. * An environment where we value your well-being and professional growth. **WORK MODALITY:** * Hybrid work model (must be available to commute to the office 3 days per week). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical leadership by fostering a teamwork-oriented environment that encourages critical thinking and communication skills among team members. * Independently manage maintenance and support tasks with minimal supervision. * Actively participate in team meetings, including sprint planning and retrospectives. * Evaluate and prioritize tasks based on business value and user needs. * Assess the product under development to ensure it meets quality and acceptance criteria. * Manage dependencies, impediments, and identified risks. * Efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues—both frontend and backend. * Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
