**TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER RECRUITMENT**
**PERVOL Servicios Generales S.A.** **C**., is seeking a licensed and registered Civil or Geotechnical Engineer.
Proactive with strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in cost control positions within the mining industry, including at least 2 years in the specific role.
* Knowledge of budget preparation, construction scheduling, and critical path analysis.
* Extensive knowledge of cost control.
* Knowledge of quantity take-offs.
* Must reside in Lima **(MANDATORY)**
* Ability to read and interpret civil and building construction drawings.
* Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Civil 3D software.
* Knowledge of geotechnical instrumentation (DESIRABLE).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in S10 software.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Project software.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel to mine sites.
* Teamwork, proactivity, planning, and organization.
* Results-oriented mindset, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Prepare quotations, budgets, and schedules.
* Develop, monitor, and periodically present project status reports.
* Monitor and support the Target Budget, verifying expenditures incurred and amounts remaining to be spent, comparing them against the Contractual Budget.
* Calculate the project's operational result for approval by supervisor and Site Resident Engineer.
* Develop the Master Schedule, the "S" Curve, and the Forecast.
* Lead KPI presentations and daily reporting.
* Implement controls and procedures for continuous improvement.
* Implement and manage the Lessons Learned library.
* Track submitted budgets.
* Formulate change orders and scope expansions.
* Prepare the project's operational report for control purposes.
* Track project man-hours (HH) and machine-hours (HM).
* Monitor physical progress of the project.
* Report any deviations from the project schedule.
* Conduct field visits and/or supervision as required for project-related matters.
* Evaluate performance and supervise assigned personnel.
* Prepare daily reports while supervising at the mine site.
* Achieve and exceed project targets in which the candidate participates.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Salary: Up to S/.4,000.00 per month
