Coordinate and monitor internal projects CONSULTUSS AD MANUS TRAHERE S.A.C. is seeking a **Tender Analyst** to manage and monitor tender processes, ensuring compliance with technical and administrative requirements, and contributing to the proper awarding of opportunities aligned with business objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or undergraduate student in Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in courses or diplomas on Public Procurement and/or Public Administration. * Knowledge of government platforms; proven experience in SEACE is mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions managing tender processes. * Knowledge of Government Administrative Systems. * Intermediate-level Office productivity software proficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Identify business opportunities in the public and private sectors. * Comprehensively manage tender processes for the group's business units—from reviewing tender documents to awarding (adjudication). * Prepare technical and economic proposals for public tenders and competitions. * Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations according to management guidelines. * Provide direct support to management in agenda management and meeting coordination. * Assist in coordinating and monitoring specific projects and activities. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with terms of reference and procurement documents. * Prepare and manage submission of documents on relevant platforms for payment processing.
