




**Job Description** **EDUCATION** University or technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Diploma in Fleet Management Intermediate-level Office software proficiency Knowledge of MTC legal regulations and guide handling **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** Assertive communication Organization and conflict management Results orientation **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 2 years in cargo transportation **FUNCTIONS** Client Coordination: Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues. Operations Tracking: Monitor daily activities to guarantee adherence to agreed delivery timelines. Internal Coordination: Serve as the liaison among drivers, the Operations Manager, and clients, ensuring alignment on all service-specific requirements. Incident Management: Identify and report any incidents occurring during operations, providing swift and effective solutions. ERP Data Entry: Enter RT (clients with tariff) data into the ERP system, maintaining detailed service records.
