Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Watchman to provide on-site operational support, regulate traffic, assist drivers, manage records, report incidents, and coordinate with the team. Management of records and progress tracking of tasks A recognized company in the environmental sector, specializing in the handling and treatment of hazardous waste, requires a **Service Watchman** to provide on-site operational support and perform assigned field services in Metropolitan Lima. Selected personnel will report daily to the designated operational site. They are required to attend the Ventanilla plant only twice per week for coordination and administrative tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic during operational activities, applying appropriate safety measures and signage. * Assist drivers during maneuvers and movements of vehicles. * Maintain control of records and documents generated during each service. * Verify progress and execution of assigned tasks. * Report any incidents identified during service. * Coordinate constantly with the supervision team. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Familiarity with areas of Lima such as Rímac, Miraflores, Barranco, Chorrillos, and the surroundings of Colonial and Venezuela Avenues. * Ability to travel to various locations within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to perform operational duties on-site. **We Offer:** * Formal payroll from day one. * Bi-weekly payments without delays. * Mobility support for travel between service locations. * Additional bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Positive work environment.
