Job Summary:
A professional responsible for the overall warehouse management, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and product dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages the reception and registration of raw materials and packaging materials.
2. Supervises the storage, preservation, and dispatch of finished products.
3. Controls inventory levels and participates in inventories and audits.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Receive, verify, and register incoming raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials according to established procedures.
* Ensure adherence to guidelines for effective management of product safety, authenticity, legality, and quality.
* Control the storage and preservation of finished products, ensuring appropriate conditions of order, cleanliness, and food safety.
* Supervise the dispatch of finished products by verifying weights, quantities, batches, labeling, and corresponding documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date physical inventory controls and records in the formats or systems established by the company.
* Coordinate with Production and Quality departments regarding the availability of storage spaces or cold rooms and products for dispatch or internal supply.
* Monitor and track inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Execute proper product organization and rotation as required.
* Report incidents, inventory discrepancies, non-conforming products, or any deviations detected during operations.
* Ensure the warehouse area remains orderly, clean, and safe, complying with SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
* Use PPE correctly.
* Participate in scheduled internal or external inventories and audits conducted by the company.
* Comply with company procedures and standards aimed at fostering positive workplace relationships.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor, as well as those initiated independently—subject to authorization by the supervisor—to improve company efficiency.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 2 years of experience in this role within a food manufacturing plant.
* Basic knowledge of BRCGS standards.
* Inventory management and KPI handling skills.
Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month
