Inventory control and delivery route management We are looking for a **Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor** responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch, and distribution, ensuring compliance with procedures, delivery timelines, and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and distribution. * Monitor physical and system-based inventories, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and assistants. * Organize and track delivery routes and shipments. * Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and related documentation. * Resolve delivery-related incidents and ensure cargo security. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Prepare warehouse and distribution reports and KPIs for management. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper supply and dispatch. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** supervising warehouses, distribution, logistics, or similar roles. * Proven experience managing **personnel under responsibility**. * Experience in **inventory control and dispatch operations**. * Proficiency in at least one **ERP or inventory management system**. * Experience supervising **vehicles, routes, and deliveries**. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Willingness to travel occasionally to other branches. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in distribution, mass consumption, retail, marketing, or similar companies. * Experience monitoring warehouse and distribution KPIs. * Knowledge of best practices in storage and safety. * Experience conducting physical inventories and stock reconciliations.
