Job Summary: A professionally certified or bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or related fields, with knowledge of warehouse management, to supervise and control inventories, materials, and dispatches. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory supervision. 2. Control of raw material and finished product inbound and outbound processes. 3. Strict supervision of dispatches and product preservation. **Requirements:** · Certified professional or bachelor's graduate in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. · Knowledge of warehouse management. · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** · Verify that materials, equipment, and products are properly stored for accurate location and appropriate distribution. · Supervise proper inventory control (materials, raw materials, and supplies) in the warehouse through stock cards (kardex). · Supervise raw material inbound processes. · Supervise the entry of delivery notes and inbound/outbound records into computer systems to keep stock levels up to date. · Carry out necessary activities for inventory counts and audits. · Review delivery notes and field documentation. · Record inbound finished products and outbound raw materials for contract manufacturing (maquila). · Report daily stock and maquila status. · Conduct rigorous supervision of container dispatches, promptly addressing any observations. · Submit production material and supply requisitions. · Supervise finished product warehouse operations. · Ensure preservation and good condition of warehouse products.
