Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will organize shipments, implement KPIs, conduct inventories, manage suppliers, and lead logistics digitalization. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in a key supervisory role The Warehouse Supervisor will perform the following duties: * Organize shipments in Lima and nationwide * Implement and manage KPIs for warehouse and shipments * Conduct periodic inventories * Arrange products in the warehouse * Manage suppliers (e.g., for shipments...) * Lead the digitalization of the logistics function **Job Requirements** a) Profession \- Final-year student, graduate, or Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration b) Relevant work experience less than 5 years c) Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor is preferred d) Knowledge of logistics functions and SKU management e) Soft skills: leadership, analytical ability, and proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Experience: * Warehouse Management: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
