Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee equipment, materials, and logistics processes at a telecommunications company with 30 years of market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Kardex equipment and materials handling, receipts and dispatches 2. Manage procurement, supplies, and nationwide dispatches 3. Respond to audits and present inventory to Department Heads and Management We are a telecommunications company with over 30 years in the market, working with fiber optic, satellite network, microwave, and other suppliers across Peru. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (logistics). * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory): Pivot tables, filters, formulas, VLOOKUP, conditional statements, dropdown lists, tables, KPIs, dynamic charts. Desired: Macro usage and design. * Knowledge and experience with SAP, Power Query, Just-in-Time, 5S, Layout, and FIFO. * Residency in Rímac District or Lima Cercado (preferred). * Immediate availability. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Manage Kardex equipment and materials handling, receipts and dispatches. * Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and nationwide dispatches. * Receive and dispatch goods to technical staff and contractors. * Packing, Shipping, Delivery. * Complete and register waybills; manage inventory. * Enter data into client systems and Excel files. * Respond to end-client audits (external and internal). * Present inventory to Department Heads and Management. * Submit weekly reports to Management and end-client. * Operate company vehicles. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Terms and Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Salary: PEN 1,800 on full payroll. * Ongoing training opportunities.
