Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Developer to design in Figma, implement in WordPress, and optimize for UX, performance, and technical SEO, while managing migrations and project organization. Key Highlights: 1. Figma-to-WordPress design and implementation with a focus on UX and performance. 2. Technical SEO optimization and management of hosting and email migrations. 3. Requires 4+ years of experience with WordPress, advanced Figma, and performance expertise. We are looking for a **Web Developer** who can **design in Figma and implement in WordPress**, focusing on **UX, performance, and technical SEO**. The candidate must be able to **migrate hosting and email services** (Google Workspace/M365\) and organize projects systematically. **Responsibilities** * Convert designs from **Figma → WordPress** (Gutenberg/Elementor/Bricks). * Front-end: **HTML, CSS/SCSS, basic JS**. * Achieve **Core Web Vitals** and Pagespeed score of 90\+ (mobile). * Basic **technical SEO** (sitemap, simple schema, redirects). * **Migrations**: hosting, DNS, **MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC**. * Integrations: **GA4, GTM, Pixel**, forms/CRM. **Requirements** * **4\+ years** of conversion-focused WordPress experience. * **Advanced Figma** (components/auto-layout). * **ACF** and basic PHP (simple templates/hooks). * **Verifiable experience** in performance optimization. * Proficiency with **Git** and ability to work autonomously. **Plus (non-exclusive)** WooCommerce, Cloudflare, WP-CLI, security, advanced Bricks. **How to Apply (mandatory)** Please attach your **portfolio** including: * 3–5 websites built by you (live links). * 1 screenshot of **Figma** (components).
