We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to provide direct support to the Legal Department, focusing on case monitoring, contingency resolution, and credit management and portfolio recovery.

**Junior Lawyer \- Legal Department**
We are seeking a **Junior Lawyer** to provide direct support to the Legal Department's lead attorney, with the ability to monitor cases, resolve contingencies, and manage matters primarily related to credits and portfolio recovery, as well as other tasks assigned to the legal department.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, notarial letters, payment demands, and legal documents.
* Monitoring **collections and clients with overdue obligations**.
* Establishment, modification, cancellation, and **enforcement of movable guarantees – SIGM**.
* Monitoring of **mortgage guarantees and enforcement of guarantees**.
* Supporting vehicle repossession and **taking possession of vehicles**, where legally applicable.
* Monitoring judicial, notarial, and registry proceedings.
* Drafting legal pleadings, applications, appeals, and reports.
* Managing administrative procedures related to **traffic tickets, traffic and vehicle transportation violations**.
* Processing and monitoring matters before **ATU, SAT, SUTRAN, MTC, SUNARP, municipal governments, and other entities**.
* Supporting civil, contractual, administrative, labor, and criminal contingencies related to activities assigned to the legal department.
* Direct coordination and follow-up with clients, notaries, public entities, and external attorneys.
* File management, deadline tracking, and monitoring of payment commitments.
* Other duties as required by the legal department.
**Required Profile:**
* Law graduate, bachelor's degree candidate, or licensed lawyer.
* Experience in legal areas, collections, credit, or portfolio recovery is preferred.
* Knowledge of Civil Law, Contracts, Guarantees, Administrative Law, and Procedural Law.
* Strong legal writing skills and file management experience.
* A **solution-oriented, proactive, organized, responsible individual with sound legal judgment**.
* Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and work directly with the department's lead attorney.
**Working Hours:** \[MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 7:45 AM TO 5:15 PM / SATURDAYS FROM 7:45 AM TO \_1:15 PM]
