Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrator in finance and retail to lead the company's financial control, managing cash flows, payments, reports, and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the company's financial control 2. Comprehensive management of finance and retail operations 3. Preparation of budgets and sales forecasts We are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR with experience in finance and retail store management to lead the company's financial control. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Daily cash flow control and reporting for 5 stores 2\. Management of payments to suppliers and banks 3\. Preparation of reports: Sales, Costs, Fixed Expenses, Profit. 4\. Bank reconciliation and collections control 5\. Preparation of monthly budgets and sales forecasts 6\. Store cash balancing for audits and control 7\. Meetings and management of the sales team MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience managing stores or finance 3\. Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, Cash flow 4\. Experience with bank loans and debt management 5\. Residency in Lima and availability to visit stores 6\. Strong communication skills and meeting management ability Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
