




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform various administrative tasks, including invoicing, collections, procurement management, and HR support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in accounting processes and document submission **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Organized, proactive, responsible individual with teamwork capability. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing invoices and payment receipts via the SUNAT portal. * Managing and tracking collections. * Handling and controlling petty cash. * Procurement management for materials and coordination with suppliers. * Supporting administrative and documentary processes. * Monitoring customer contracts. * Assisting in staff recruitment and management. * Tracking contracts, renewals, personnel documentation, and insurance (Life Law and EPS). * Preparing and consolidating expense and income data for monthly accounting closure. * Supporting submission of petitions, claims, appeals, etc., via SUNAT and Tax Court virtual platforms. * Other duties as assigned. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (including private EPS insurance). * Remuneration: S/ 2,200.00 – S/ 2,800.00 depending on experience * MYPE regime Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
