




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in billing, petty cash management, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for an automotive company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the billing process 2. Manage petty cash and accounts receivable 3. Perform bank reconciliations We are a company specialized in the importation and distribution of spare parts and accessories for vehicles, machinery, trucks, and buses of Chinese brands. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant. Main Responsibilities * Lead the billing process, ensuring proper issuance, recording, and control of payment vouchers. * Manage petty cash. * Record and monitor accounts receivable, conducting timely follow-up on outstanding balances. * Execute cash collections, ensuring accurate recording and timely deposit. * Perform bank reconciliations, verifying consistency between accounting records and bank statements. * Prepare weekly petty cash reports, ensuring proper fund control and transparency. * Operate the accounting ERP system to record transactions and maintain up-to-date financial information. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. * Experience using an ERP system (Contanet preferred). * Organized, responsible, and committed.
