If you share our purpose, keep reading… because this is your place! **Your Mission** ------------- Ensure the accurate execution and tracking of treasury, payment, and collection operations, maintaining an up-to-date cash position and generating reliable information for financial decision-making. **How Will You Contribute?** * Execute weekly driver payments and bulk or individual supplier payments. * Review bank transactions and maintain the daily cash position up to date. * Identify and record collections, credits, and other movements in the accounting system. * Track adjustments and incidents related to payments and collections. * Support monthly bank and payment gateway reconciliations. * Consolidate accounts receivable and payable data for financial reporting. * Manage banking procedures such as powers of attorney, letters of guarantee, sworn statements, and banking authorizations. * Assist with operational entries and processes performed in NetSuite. * Prepare reports and dashboards for monitoring payments, collections, and cash position. * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation using macros, Apps Script, RPA, or artificial intelligence. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting. * 1 year of experience in operational treasury, bulk payments, and banking platform management. * Experience or exposure to accounts receivable, collections, or Accounts Receivable functions. * Knowledge of tax withholdings (detracciones), income tax retentions (retenciones), and purchase recording. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau. * Basic knowledge of SQL and process automation. * High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to self-organize and meet deadlines. * Proactivity, autonomy, and incident-resolution orientation. * Preferred: ERP experience, ideally NetSuite. **Now comes the good part:** We’re a company full of happy, motivated people—and we don’t want that to change!
