REQUIREMENTS: * University Graduate or Technical Professional * Degrees in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of petty cash, billing, shipping guides, warehouse operations, or related areas * Advanced Excel (statistical tables, pivot tables, report analysis, etc.) * ERP system user-level proficiency * 2 years of experience RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issue quotations, purchase orders, shipping guides, invoices, and/or receipts. * Prepare daily collections/billing reports. * Issue credit notes for signature and V°B° approval by General Management. * Print, prepare, and deliver shipping guides to various customers on a daily basis. * Generate monthly, annual, and salesperson-specific sales reports. * Prepare statistical tables. * Archive invoices, receipts, shipping guides, purchase orders, etc. * Support monthly billing closing.
