Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced collection officer to conduct efficient contact, negotiation, and commitment closure for large-scale and written-off portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of debtors' inquiries, complaints, and difficulties **Colektia** Is the first AI-based collection company and is considered one of Latin America's startups with the highest growth potential. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Collection management for large-scale, active, and written-off portfolios \- Efficient contact with debtors to secure payment commitments \- Effective negotiation and closure of commitments for both active and written-off portfolios \- Resolving debtors' inquiries, complaints, and difficulties **Requirements:** \- Proficiency in PC usage \- Minimum 6 months of collections experience \- Strong verbal communication skills **We Offer:** Working hours: Fixed full-time schedule Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00, and Saturdays 9:00–15:00 (2 Saturdays per month) Salary: Base S/.1,240.00 + uncapped commissions 100% remote work **Position Requirements:** Excellent user-level PC proficiency (mandatory requirement). Proficiency in Zoom Web (mandatory requirement); mandatory collections experience in Telecom, Banking, or Retail sectors. Experience in large-scale and written-off portfolios; experience in negotiation and commitment closure for written-off portfolios; excellent diction and willingness.
