At *Intercapital Perú*, a company specializing in mortgage-backed loans, we are looking for a *Collections Advisor* with negotiation ability and a results-driven approach. *Requirements:* * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio recovery, or call centers. * Technical or university studies in progress, incomplete, or completed (preferred). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Availability for on-site work. *Responsibilities:* * Manage assigned customer portfolios. * Conduct collection calls and follow-ups. * Negotiate payment commitments and alternative arrangements. * Record all activities in the system. * Follow up on agreements until fulfillment. * Achieve established recovery targets. *We Offer:* * Fixed salary of S/1,400\. * Attendance bonus of S/100\. * Commissions based on target achievement. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Professional growth opportunities.
