Conduct telephone collections management with clients who have outstanding debts, promoting timely debt resolution through clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in collections, call centers, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Availability to work full-time.
