At Scania Finance, we are looking for a **Collections Analyst** to efficiently manage and administer accounts receivable, ensuring timely recovery of credit operations and directly contributing to the results of commercial areas — always aligned with our unique way of working: the Scania Way. **What challenges will you take on as a Collections Analyst?** * Manage and monitor the portfolio of customers with active credit, ensuring timely and guideline-aligned collections. * Control and record payments, advances, promissory notes, and accounting applications in the ERP, maintaining up-to-date financial information. * Analyze key indicators such as delinquency, overdue invoices, and collection turnover, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Prepare and follow up on account statements, payment receipts, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Execute the collection protocol with clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication toward the customer. * Coordinate consistently with Commercial, Service, and Scania Finance teams, providing visibility into payment and credit status. * Participate in customer visits in Lima and branches when required, strengthening long-term relationships. * Drive continuous improvements in collection processes by identifying risks and efficiency opportunities. **What do you need to assume this role?** We are seeking individuals who wish to be part of our Scania Way culture, embracing continuous improvement and focusing on our core value: Customer First — to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. * Completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within financial institutions. * Residence in Trujillo and willingness to travel. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of collections management, credit policies, and the legal framework applicable to credit and collections. * Preferred knowledge of the transportation sector, heavy vehicles, or automotive financing. **Why choose Scania to advance your career?** Professional Growth and Development: We aim to enhance your talent, knowledge, and skills so we can grow together.
