




Position Summary: We are seeking a collections leader to supervise team management, design portfolio recovery strategies, and optimize collection processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize processes and control delinquency **REQUIREMENTS:** Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 1 year leading teams. Collection management, financial analysis, intermediate/advanced Excel, ERP. Specialization in finance or credit and collections (desirable). Leadership, negotiation, effective communication, decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise the team's collection management. Design portfolio recovery strategies. Monitor delinquency and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with clients to establish payment agreements. Prepare collection reports and key performance indicators. Optimize collection processes. Classify the portfolio (current, overdue, written-off). Design and implement effective collection strategies. Follow up with clients having overdue debt. Manage telephone collections and, if necessary, conduct client visits. Assign portfolios and recovery targets. Coordinate with accounting for monthly closings. Supervise accounts receivable reconciliations. Implement improvements in billing and collection processes. **WORK CONDITIONS** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. MYPE payroll. Bi-weekly payments.
