Empathetic communication with customers We are looking for **Collections Advisors** with the following qualifications: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience * Excel proficiency (Intermediate) * Willingness to commute to San Isidro \- Miraflores \- Surco * Must be of legal age. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM) **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/ 1400\.00 * Statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, and vacation) * MYPE payroll from day one * **100% EsSalud coverage** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make calls to delinquent customers to remind them of their debts and negotiate possible payment agreements. * Propose various payment options tailored to the customer’s situation, such as flexible terms or discounts. * Follow up on agreed-upon payment commitments, ensuring customers fulfill their obligations. * Respond clearly, courteously, and effectively to customer questions and concerns while maintaining empathetic communication. * Keep debt status, payment agreements, and other relevant collection management data up to date. * Record and report all calls made, payment agreements reached, and any other relevant information for client portfolio tracking.
