The Collections Intern supports the accounts receivable function within the Accelerate Cloud SMB segment, assisting in monitoring and tracking customer payments. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the resolution of billing and payment discrepancies. The intern contributes to collections activities by tracking outstanding invoices, updating internal systems, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to address payment issues. Additionally, the role supports the preparation of reports and analysis of collections performance, helping to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. It offers valuable exposure to financial operations, customer account management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic corporate environment. **Area/Project Description:** The Collections team for the Accelerate Cloud SMB segment is responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely customer payments, and supporting healthy cash flow for the business.
