Position Summary:
We are seeking a Collections Manager to contact customers, negotiate payment agreements, and provide advisory support for portfolio recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telephone contact and debt negotiation with customers
2. Payment agreement follow-up and customer advisory
3. Interdepartmental collaboration for incident resolution
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in collections management, customer service, call center, or similar areas.
* Experience in debt negotiation, payment agreements, or portfolio recovery.
* Knowledge of CRM and/or Finance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Contact customers by telephone to inform them about the status of their debts and payment due dates.
* Negotiate payment agreements assertively and respectfully, establishing timelines and payment methods aligned with customer needs.
* Conduct detailed follow-up on payment agreements established with customers and ensure compliance.
* Provide advisory and guidance to customers, offering current and most suitable options to settle their debt.
* Meet company-established portfolio recovery indicators and targets.
* Record and update payment information and customer interactions in company management systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve incidents related to customer debts and payments.
* Daily reporting of activities performed—including collections executed and payments received—to supervisors.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
* Salary: 1200 \+ HIGH COMMISSIONS
* Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits under the general regime (bonus, CTS, standard insurance, paid vacation).
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month
