Job Summary: WINFIN, a growing fintech, is seeking a Collections Officer to build and optimize the Collections department, manage portfolios, and negotiate payment plans. Key Highlights: 1. Work at an innovative fintech offering smartphone financing. **About Us** WINFIN is a growing fintech that provides smartphone financing to consumers with limited access to formal credit in Peru. We are building our Collections department from scratch and are looking for someone eager to actively participate in this process. **What You’ll Do** * Manage delinquent customer portfolios via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. * Negotiate payment plans and refinancing options within company policies. * Design and optimize collections processes and workflows (the department is under construction). * Record every interaction in the CRM and prioritize portfolios based on risk and delinquency. * Meet recovery, contact, and payment promise fulfillment KPIs. **What We’re Looking For** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio recovery, or call centers (preferably in fintech, banking, or retail with credit lines). * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Word; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar) and WhatsApp Business is preferred. * Technical or university studies (completed or ongoing) in administration, business, finance, or related fields. * Intermediate English **What We Offer** * Salary: S/ 3,000 \+ commissions (S/ 500 – 1,500\). * Guaranteed commission of S/ 300 for the first 4 months. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Opportunity to grow alongside a newly established department within the company.
