Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Educational Advisor to manage student enrollment, provide comprehensive academic information, and ensure effective follow-up with applicants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the prospecting and enrollment of potential students. 2. Provide comprehensive and personalized information about the academic offerings. 3. Administer the CRM platform and applicant registration. The Orson Welles Higher Technical Institute is looking for a COMMERCIAL EDUCATIONAL ADVISOR who can perform the following functions: * Manage the prospecting and enrollment of potential students through various contact channels, databases, social media, and institutional events. * Provide comprehensive and personalized information about the Institute’s academic offerings, highlighting their unique value proposition and program benefits. * Identify applicants’ needs, expectations, and profiles, guiding them toward the most suitable academic option aligned with their interests and professional goals. * Conduct commercial follow-up with applicants, ensuring timely and effective communication until enrollment or registration is finalized. * Manage payment validation and administrative requirements in coordination with the collections and billing unit, ensuring proper formalization of the admission process. * Administer and maintain up-to-date records of applicants and their documentation, ensuring orderly management and traceability of information. * Actively promote the educational offerings, institutional benefits, and enrollment facilitations to strengthen marketing and recruitment efforts. * Provide support in organizing and executing recruitment events, such as informational talks, vocational fairs, open days, and promotional activities. * Administer the CRM platform **Requirements** * Immediate availability, responsible, and committed. * Good interpersonal skills and courteous treatment of clients. * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or Business (preferred). * Minimum one year of experience as a sales advisor. * Experience in the education sector (preferred). **Working Conditions** * On-site work. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:20 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:05 pm. * Location: Av. Gral. Salaverry 3641, San Isidro 15076 **Benefits** * Inclusion in payroll from day one. * Employment contract with all statutory benefits.
