Position Summary: Manage the recovery of assigned accounts through field visits, establishing sustainable payment agreements and maintaining a respectful relationship with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage on-site collections and propose viable payment agreements. 2. Maintain a respectful and close relationship with customers. 3. Coordinate actions and reports with the department head. **Role Objective** Manage the recovery of assigned accounts through field visits, establishing sustainable payment agreements and maintaining a respectful and close relationship with our customers. **Responsibilities** * Conduct collections at customers' residences according to the assigned portfolio. * Address inquiries and propose viable payment agreements. * Record collection activities and keep case files up to date. * Coordinate actions and reports with the department head. **Requirements** * Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Personal motorcycle and valid SOAT insurance (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in field collections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collection systems, and customer service. **Available Area:** * **Southern Lima** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
