Job Summary: We are seeking a field collections officer to conduct visits, gather information, and negotiate with companies, with prior experience as a process server or delivery personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field visits and report on activities with photographs 2. Collect information and schedule negotiation meetings 3. Perform motorized fieldwork for collections management We require a field collections officer familiar with the various districts of Trujillo city. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a process server, field officer, delivery person, courier, or similar motorized role. * Own motorcycle and valid documentation. * Conduct daily visits for a minimum of 30 days. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct field visits and report on activities with photographs and detailed visit notes. * Gather information (obtain updated contact phone numbers and email addresses). * Schedule and finalize negotiation meetings with companies. * If applying as motorized personnel: SOAT insurance and valid driver's license. **WE OFFER:** \*Monthly salary range: S/1200 \- S/1300, plus performance-based bonuses and commissions. \* Daily transportation allowance. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
