Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the team's well-being engine, delivering human and strategic support to our collections advisors to foster a healthy work environment. At **CGM\&ASOCIADOS**, a leading collections company certified as a "Great Place to Work", we are looking for new talent for the position of: **Human Resources Generalist** Your primary challenge: To act as the team's well-being engine, delivering human and strategic support to our collections advisors, ensuring a healthy, motivating, and balanced work environment. What will be your responsibilities? * Conduct ongoing monitoring of collections advisors to identify stress levels, burnout, or demotivation, offering timely support. * Design and implement programs, workshops, and workplace climate initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and highly trusting work environment. * Create innovative well-being initiatives (active breaks, recognition programs, team-building activities) that directly impact talent retention. * Serve as an active listening bridge between advisors and Human Talent Management to propose improvements in the employee experience. * Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure cultural alignment from the first contact. What profile are we seeking? * Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology (with occupational focus), Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing workplace climate, culture, and well-being—ideally within call center companies or high-pressure environments. * Availability to work Monday through Friday in San Isidro. Key soft skills: * Deep empathy and active listening. * Excellent assertive communication at all levels. * Creativity, dynamism, and proactivity in proposing new ideas. * High frustration tolerance and crisis management ability.
