Excellent working environment OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR An importing company with over 20 years of experience in the Peruvian market seeks to hire an Operations Administrator to lead the company's administrative, commercial, and operational control. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise inventories and warehouse control. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. * Manage accounts receivable and follow up on collections. * Coordinate with sales staff, warehouse personnel, and administrative staff. * Supervise compliance with internal processes. * Support implementation and use of ERP systems. * Propose improvements to optimize company management. Requirements: * University or technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Leadership and organizational abilities. * Experience in inventory control and management reporting. * ERP system experience is desirable.
